Who is Mr Official?
Yahia Jaber (Mr Official) is a licensed master barber, international educator and owner of Official Cuts Academy and barbershops. He is located in the Chicagoland area and has been servicing the community for over 20 years. Originally from Brooklyn, New York, he now resides in Chicago, IL.
He began his career back in 2004 with a passion and purpose for the art of barbering. Now, with over 2 decades of men’s grooming experience, he utilises his passion and positive training methods and teaches worldwide. Yahia has won and has been honoured with multiple awards over the course of his career and has contributed tremendously to the educational aspect of the craft and industry. He continues to make strides as he shares his techniques with barbers/stylists of all skill levels.
Yahia is also a global educator for Level 3, Babyliss Pro and Booksy. Yahia is passionate and involved in many aspects of the hair and beauty world. He loves sharing his experiences and knowledge with current and future hair professionals.
